Do you use synthetic fragrances?

No. All of our fragrances are our own blends of essential oils, absolutes and resins. Our fragrances are 100% natural and phthalate free.

Do you do animal testing?

No! Absolutely not. Astrida Naturals is proudly certified cruelty by Leaping Bunny.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Currently we will ship anywhere. Discounted shipping is available for qualifying purchases over $50. Please see our full shipping table for current rates to your country. We do not charge any extra fees for international customers but you will be responsible for any customs or duties that are associated with your purchase.

When will my package arrive?

We pack and ship all products within 3 business days of receiving your order, if you have ordered a custom skin care product please allow an additional 2 business days for us to whip up your custom creation. Once your product has been shipped, you can expect to receive it in 3-5 business days if you are in the US, 1-2 weeks if you are in Canada, or 2-5 weeks for other international destinations.

What is a VIP Member?

The VIP Member program is our loyal program. It's a way for you to earn points that can be redeemed for future purchases. Your account can also be used to write reviews and track past purchases.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your Astrida Naturals product, tell us why and you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credit for shipping charges.

How do I process a return?

If you have an account with us, please sign in to your account, view your sales history, and create new Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
