If you win, we will notify you by email and ask for an address to supply prize winnings if applicable. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter email list. We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois.

Shipping Policy


We currently ship worldwide. Processing times are 2-3 business days for ready to ship items. Please allow 3-5 business days for custom blended skin care orders.

Note: Some liquid oil products cannot be shipped by air, therefore orders containing these items will only be shipped within the contiguous United States. International orders containing these items may be subject to change or cancellation. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with purchase. All sales are final.
If you are not satisfied with your Astrida Naturals product, tell us why and you can exchange it within 15 days of purchase for another product or store credit. The credit may be used for any item from our website within 12 months of issue. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit.
